At the bottom of this page are the Anti-BESS petitions protesting the proposed BESS facilities to be located in Acton, California, as well as an ATC-provided Angeleno Project opposition form letter for you to use.

PLEASE NOTE – There is 1 petition for Acton & Agua Dulce RESIDENTS, and 1 Petition for our NON-RESIDENT Supporters in the AV and Santa Clarita communities – please use the correct one.

The Angeleno Project opposition form letter can be copied and pasted into an email message and emailed directly to the ATC (Acton Town Council); or if you prefer, put it in your own document, print it, sign it, and mail to the ATC.

REMINDER – Each person should sign and submit a petition or an opposition letter ONLY ONCE! Multiple submissions with the same signatures will result in all of those petitions or letters being disqualified and not counted.
